ZOVI unveiled the Fall 2012 collection as well as the preview of their Autumn Winter collection among glitz and glamor with Best Fashion Bloggers Meet !! A makeover session with a professional shoot at Le Meridian .... quite tempting for the fashionista inside me. Since, I am quite liking the recent additions in the Zovi's latest collection, I decided to feature this lovely Green and Navy Color Block Dress. Its an effortless dress which can be styled up or down for day and night outs.

The highlights of the evening included a makeover session with Robert Naorem, official make up artist for Blender’s Pride Fashion Week !! Robert and his team was all charged up to turn all the lil birdies into divas from the ramp. To infuse a vintage vibe into my look, I was given a 70's look with wavy hair and top bun, bright lips and high cheek bones. I love experimenting with my looks and was happy when Manish Chopra (Zovi's CEO) complimented personally on the hair and makeup.

These glamorous moments were beautifully captured by Zovi's official photographer Hemanth Narayana. I am sure you would simply love his work looking at the amazing shots captured above. I like the way he interacts and directs you to make the shoot super friendly. Can't wait to shoot with him again :)

Manish Chopra (Zovi's CEO) addressed the gathering and spoke about ZOVI’s vision of simplifying fashion online. Rashi Mittal, Head Designer for Women's Category gave an interesting presentation on how Autumn/Winter 2012 collection came into being, the inspirations behind the collection and a little glimpse into Spring/Summer 2013. It was a fun filled evening planned with hard efforts by charming Mimi !!

My first IndiBlogger Event at Bangalore, focusing on the Food and Tech fusion highlighting various hi-tech applications with Nokia. I was excited to meet Mr. Vikas Khanna (reputed chef) and Mr. Rajiv Makhni(Gadget Guru), the celebrated personalities, who were the hosts for the evening.

Evening witnessed a huge gathering of 300 bloggers from in and around Bangalore. Both Vikas and Rajiv gave a soul to the event and let the audience enthralled throughout. Amidst rounds of snacks and wine, various Nokia applications were illustrated quite practically.

I really liked the practical aspect and user friendly approach of applications. It was quite impressive to note the speed of loading and execution of these applications. For sure, even a common man will be hooked to these applications and can easily integrate them in their lives ... Video Maker, Breath Analyzer, City Lens, Food and Wine Pairing, Hairstyle Selector to name a few.

Event was open for everyone to share their ideas for their version of applications, and that came with rewards in form of Nokia phones too !!

The whole event and branding exercise looked promising and opened doors to innovation for new applications on Nokia.
Will Nokia be able to capture smartphone market and give a though competition to Samsung/Apple/HTC? Not Sure, but definitely worth an option next time you decide to buy smartphone.

Burgundy, Oxblood, Brownish Red, Wine-colored....whatever you wanna call it...This fall, it’s all about this rich dark color !! I heart burgundy which is the biggest color trend this season. I want to flaunt it my lips, nails, bottoms, tops, outerwear, shoes ...hmmm...almost everything :)

My first possession onto this trend is this smoking hot velvet skater skirt from Romwe. Couldn't wait to pair it with an all-black outfit and let the color pop !! Since the skirt is perfect fit and so feminine, I wanted to break the femininity with studded leather jacket, which was a perfect compliment to my lovely skirt !! This is my second studded jacket from Romwe and now you now, my romance with studs, velvet and burgundy is going strong :)

Since, there is chill in the air now-a-days, I am crushing over Sweaters, jumpers & cardigans to keep myself cosy. They are available in big way this season may be with high-end brands (like Topshop,  River Island, Forever 21, H&M, Forever New, ZARA ) or street style .... shall we call it Sweater BOOM !!

Flowing gowns and Maxi dresses are the highlight of Fall/ Winter 2012/ 2013. After witnessing the Hugo Boss Black Fall/ Winter 2012/ 2013 collection showcased in Beijing recently, I was craving for floor-length maxi gowns in vibrant colors !! Since, I was not ready to spend a bomb, I wanted something luxurious yet affordable....SeekersOfStyle is where my search ended and I couldn't thank my stars enough to get this BEST one for myself. Space prints, Tiger heads, horses, Simpsons and spooky creatures are all here to make you look funky and trendy.

 I already adorned a tiger head sweater here. Today the highlight is this amazing graphic sweater with a golden mesh. I totally liked the splicing sweater and high low hemline. The golden mesh at bat sleeves adds to the chic factor and makes it one of the statement piece in itself. To balance the sweater, I paired it with skinny leggings with contrast leather side panel !! Fall Winter 2012 2013 pleated Maxi Skirt Studded Jacket

Maxis are doing the rounds this winter as well and I no exception in loving them this winter as well. I styled this beautiful teal maxi during summers here. I couldn't resist myself to style the maxi for winter's when I came across the entire fashion fraternity adorning them this time around. 

I paired the maxi with neutral grey tee shirt, to let the color enjoy the focus. The main concern was the kind of shoes which you need to pair with your maxi's, so as to stay warm and comfortable. Options are many... Flat Boots, Heeled Booties and Ankle Boots, High Heeled Pumps and Shoes !! So, I have to opt for these gorgeous beauties from MixMoss !! These heeled booties are half suede and half patent leather. Loved them so much !! They are versatile enough to be worn throughout the year.....Definitely going a long way with me for many seasons to come :)

As the festivities are approaching, so are the festive colors and sequins taking the centre-stage in my closet. I already did 4 outfits focusing on 'How to wear Sequins' under the Festive series. You may  browse through all the outfits here. Here I am wearing another beautiful asymmetrical hem sunshine yellow dress. The flow of the dress kept me the attention of attraction...literally the dress DANCES !! The shimmery peter pan collar is the another highlight of the dress. I was overwhelmed by the fit of the dress...It has a concealed zipper and fits so well. The fitting actually accentuates the waist perfectly and let the dress dance magically.

Oxblood, Burgundy or Wine is the hot color this season. I like this color the best with black and gold accents. That's the reason when I spotted this beautiful tunic top at Zovi with wonderful pleats and gold embellishment, I knew its quite a versatile piece which can be worn as for the day or night. I was taken by the balloon sleeves which adds so much drama to the otherwise fitted tunic. Here, I worn it as a tunic and let it enjoy the limelight by just wearing tights and a gold collar. To add to the evening look, the sequin heels can jazz up anything instantly (they are hot fav too !!) To keep it extra stylish and classic, I suggest to cover up with nothing better then a trench coat !!
